Urinary incontinence, faecal incontinence, other urinary problems (excessive urination, urinary urgency or problems, overactive bladder, constipation, perineal pain), prolapse (bladder, uterine, rectal): all symptoms that can affect our well-being every day. Yet they are not inevitable.

Perineal re-education, carried out by a specialised physiotherapist, helps to solve these problems.

This is a set of painless techniques, carried out with respect for the privacy of the patient, which allows to deal with the pelvic floor (the set of fascia and muscles that close the basin at the bottom, including the orbicular muscles) in its entirety.

Discuss with your doctor or gynaecologist the usefulness of perineal physiotherapy sessions, which can also be applied before and after childbirth.

And do not forget: it’s never too late to address this kind of problems!
